The property is situated in the picturesque Town of Isola Del Gran Sasso which is in the National Park of Abruzzo, Italy. This area of Italy is largely undiscovered by Tourists, however, due to its beauty it is becoming more and more popular with house prices doubling in the last 3 years.

Isola Del Gran Sasso is approximately 1hr and 20 minutes from Fiumicino & Ciampino Airports based in Rome and only a 30 minute drive to the beautiful and clean Beaches that this region has to offer.

As you can see from the image to the right a 10 minute drive will take you to the Gran Sasso Mountain which is fantastic for Walking, Rock Climbing, and Skiing in the Winter.
